The Zips had no answer for Jordan Johnson on Thursday as the Bulls rolled to a 41-20 win at UB Stadium.

Buffalo was the ATS victor, as they covered the +19.5-point spread as an underdog. Over-Under bettors who played OVER the total of 58.5 were rewarded at the payout window.

Jordan Johnson rushed for 282 yards, while Tyree Jackson added 60 yards in the win. Marcus McGill and Mason Schreck added 82 and 52 receiving yards respectively.

Akron lost the offensive yardage battle to Buffalo 518-306 yards in Thursday’s game. Buffalo had more first downs as that total ended up 19-18.

The time of possession battle favored Akron as their offense was on the field for 33:27, longer than the 26:33 of their opponents.

Buffalo heads into a Week 10 battle against Ohio. Akron, meanwhile, will have their next action against Toledo.
