Mike White sliced and diced the Monarchs defense for 378 yards as WKU handed Old Dominion a 59-24 defeat on Saturday at L.T. Smith Stadium.

WKU was the ATS victor, as they covered the -15.5-point spread as a favorite. Over-Under bettors who played OVER the total of 64.5 were rewarded at the payout window.

Mike White completed 28 of 32 pass attempts for 378 yards for the Hilltoppers in the win.

Jeremy Cox rushed for 33 yards for Old Dominion, while Ray Lawry added 27 yards. David Washington threw for 236 yards for the Monarchs, while receivers Zach Pascal and Travis Fulgham had 93 and 88 yards respectively.

Old Dominion was outgained by WKU 624-330 yards in Saturday’s match, while the important battle of first downs was won 29-13 by the Hilltoppers.

WKU led the time of possession tally, as the game finished as a 32:36-27:24 split in that important category.

Next game, WKU takes its act on the road to face Florida Atlantic looking for another win. For Old Dominion, they head on the road to face UTEP.
