Lexington Thomas scampered through the Hawaii defense for 102 yards as UNLV handed the Warriors a 41-38 defeat on Sunday at Aloha Stadium.

UNLV was an underdog by +9.5 points and came through with an ATS victory for bettors. The game went OVER the consensus closing total of 54.0.

Lexington Thomas rushed for 102 yards, while Charles Williams added 85 yards in the win. Devonte Boyd and Tim Holt added 83 and 53 receiving yards respectively.

Paul Harris rushed for 94 yards for Hawaii, while Diocemy Saint Juste added 81 yards. Dru Brown threw for 217 yards for the Warriors, while receivers Marcus Kemp and Dylan Collie had 126 and 23 yards respectively.

Hawaii lost the offensive yardage battle to UNLV 535-446 yards in Sunday’s game. UNLV had more first downs as that total ended up 29-20.

Hawaii lost the time of possession battle 32:01-27:59, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.

UNLV heads into a 8 battle against Colorado State. Hawaii, meanwhile, will have their next action against Air Force.
