Logan Woodside’s 322-yard performance through the air was the key in Toledo’s 42-35 win over Bowling Green on Saturday at Glass Bowl.

Toledo did not, however, defeat the Falcons against the spread, which closed at -32.0 at most sportsbooks. Totals bettors, meanwhile, saw the game go OVER the closing number of 70.5.

Logan Woodside completed 23 of 30 pass attempts for 322 yards for the Rockets in the win.

Fred Coppet rushed for 104 yards for Bowling Green, while Josh Cleveland added 62 yards. James Morgan threw for 335 yards for the Falcons, while receivers Scott Miller and Teo Redding had 149 and 50 yards respectively.

Bowling Green lost the offensive yardage battle to Toledo 541-502 yards in Saturday’s game. Toledo had more first downs as that total ended up 25-24.

Toledo led the time of possession tally, as the game finished as a 31:27-28:33 split in that important category.

Toledo heads into a Week 8 battle against Central Michigan. Bowling Green, meanwhile, will have their next action against Miami-OH.
