Temple got a 159-yard performance from Ryquell Armstead as a key part of its 45-20 victory over the Mustangs on Saturday at Lincoln Financial Field.

Temple won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the -12.0-point spread as favorites. Totals bettors, meanwhile, saw the game go OVER the closing number of 52.0.

Ryquell Armstead rushed for 159 yards, while Jahad Thomas added 80 yards in the win. Ventell Bryant and Keith Kirkwood added 43 and 41 receiving yards respectively.

Temple heads into a Week 6 battle against Memphis. SMU, meanwhile, will have their next action against Tulsa.
