Riley Ferguson led the way with 359 passing yards on Saturday as the Tigers picked up a 77-3 victory over the Falcons at Liberty Bowl.

The Tigers were a -17.0-point favorite in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score went OVER the total, which closed at 66.0.

Riley Ferguson completed 20 of 27 pass attempts for 359 yards for the Tigers in the win.

Fred Coppet rushed for 46 yards for Bowling Green, while Josh Cleveland added 22 yards. James Knapke threw for 82 yards for the Falcons, while receivers Marquis Zimmerman and Scott Miller had 75 and 40 yards respectively.

Bowling Green lost the offensive yardage battle to Memphis 635-294 yards in Saturday’s game. Memphis had more first downs as that total ended up 25-14.

The time of possession battle favored Memphis as their offense was on the field for 31:47, longer than the 28:13 of their opponents.

Next game, Memphis takes its act on the road to face Ole Miss looking for another win. For Bowling Green, they head home to face Eastern Michigan.
