Lack stopped 42 of 44 shots fired at him by Columbus, as the Hurricanes skated to a 3-2 victory Thursday at Nationwide Arena.

The Hurricanes were a +118 underdog in the win. The combined score pushed PUSH the total, which closed at 5.0.

Carolina got goals from Chris Terry, Elias Lindholm, and Victor Rask in the victory. Rask opened the scoring at 0:52 of the third period.

Carolina lost the shots on goal battle to Columbus by a margin of 44-24.

Carolina looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Islanders. The Blue Jackets will aim to get back on the winning track at Nashville.
