Vegas Coverage Handicapping tips: Stanford Cardinal the away team will beat the Spread -10, VC Picks Stanford Cardinal.

Oregon got a 105-yard performance from Royce Freeman as a key part of its 38-36 victory over the Cardinal on Saturday at Stanford Stadium.

Oregon was the ATS victor, as they covered the +9.0-point spread as an underdog. Over-Under bettors who played OVER the total of 65.5 were rewarded at the payout window.

Royce Freeman rushed for 105 yards, while Charles Nelson added 88 yards in the win. Darren Carrington and Taj Griffin added 54 and 49 receiving yards respectively.

Christian McCaffrey rushed for 147 yards for Stanford, while Kevin Hogan added 48 yards. Kevin Hogan threw for 304 yards for the Cardinal, while receivers Michael Rector and Christian McCaffrey had 103 and 42 yards respectively.

Oregon lost the offensive yardage battle to Stanford 506-436 yards in Saturday’s game. Stanford had more first downs as that total ended up 32-18.

Oregon lost the time of possession battle 42:06-17:54, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.

Next game, Oregon takes its act home to face Southern Cal looking for another win. For Stanford, they head home to face California.
