Vegas Coverage Handicapping tips: Cincinnati Bearcats the away team will beat the Spread -17½, VC Picks Cincinnati Bearcats.

Dane Evans was good for 375 yards through the air on Saturday as the Bearcats got past the Golden Hurricane by a score of 49-38 at Nippert Stadium.

Cincinnati did not, however, defeat the Golden Hurricane against the spread, which closed at -22.5 at most sportsbooks. Totals bettors, meanwhile, saw the game go OVER the closing number of 76.0.

Dane Evans completed 30 of 49 pass attempts for 375 yards for the Bearcats in the win.

Mike Boone rushed for 137 yards for Tulsa, while Tion Green added 64 yards. Gunner Kiel threw for 386 yards for the Golden Hurricane, while receivers Mekale McKay and Shaq Washington had 101 and 91 yards respectively.

Cincinnati outgained Tulsa 652-588 yards in the game, while the battle of first downs was won 33-26 by the Bearcats.

Cincinnati led the time of possession tally, as the game finished as a 31:00-29:00 split in that important category.

Next game, Cincinnati takes its act on the road to face South Florida looking for another win. For Tulsa, they head home to face Navy.
