Vegas Coverage Handicapping tips: Clemson Tigers the home team will beat the Spread -27.5, VC Clemson Tigers.

Clemson’s aerial attack produced 360 yards and the Tigers produced a 37-27 victory over Syracuse on Saturday at Carrier Dome.

The Tigers won the battle on the scoreboard, but not at the payout window as they failed to cover the -30.0-point spread. OVER bettors were rewarded when the final score pointed to an OVER play.

Deshaun Watson completed 34 of 47 pass attempts for 360 yards for the Tigers in the win.

George Morris rushed for 80 yards for Syracuse, while Zack Mahoney added 76 yards. Zack Mahoney threw for 80 yards for the Orange, while receivers Steve Ishmael and Brisly Estime had 28 and 24 yards respectively.

Syracuse lost the offensive yardage battle to Clemson 566-322 yards in Saturday’s game. Clemson had more first downs as that total ended up 29-16.

Syracuse lost the time of possession battle 32:18-27:42, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.

Clemson looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against Wake Forest. Syracuse will aim to get back on the winning track at North Carolina State.
