Vegas Coverage Handicapping tips: OKLAHOMA SOONERS the away team will beat the Spread -24.0, VC Picks Oklahoma Sooners.

Allen Lazard was good for 101 receiving yards on Saturday as the Sooners grabbed a 52-16 win over the Cyclones at Memorial Stadium.

The Sooners were a -26.0-point favorite in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score went OVER the total, which closed at 57.5.

Mike Warren rushed for 43 yards, while Joshua Thomas added 39 yards in the win. Allen Lazard and Quenton Bundrage added 101 and 35 receiving yards respectively.

Samaje Perine rushed for 95 yards for Iowa State, while Joe Mixon added 88 yards. Baker Mayfield threw for 342 yards for the Cyclones, while receivers Sterling Shepard and Dimitri Flowers had 94 and 81 yards respectively.

Iowa State lost the offensive yardage battle to Oklahoma 684-374 yards in Saturday’s game. Oklahoma had more first downs as that total ended up 28-22.

The time of possession battle favored Iowa State as their offense was on the field for 33:32, longer than the 26:28 of their opponents.

Next game, Oklahoma takes its act on the road to face Baylor looking for another win. For Iowa State, they head home to face Oklahoma State.
