Purdue was outgained by Nebraska 484-457 yards in Saturday’s match, while the important battle of first downs was won 28-20 by the Cornhuskers.

The time of possession battle favored Purdue as their offense was on the field for 30:34, longer than the 29:26 of their opponents.

Purdue looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against Illinois. Nebraska will aim to get back on the winning track vs. Michigan State.
