Miami Dolphins fans must be satisfied with their team’s 44-26 victory against Houston Texans.
Quarterback Ryan Tannehill did an incredible job with four first-half touchdowns, which included three of 50 yards or more, and completed his first 18 passes. The player became the first QB in 15 seasons to throw three touchdowns of 50 yards or more during a game. He finished with 18-of-19 passing for 282 yards, four touchdowns and a 158.3 passer rating.
The season started slow for the Dolphins, but since Tannehill started warming up under interim head coach Dan Campbell the past two weeks, he has improved his game allot, and if he’s able to continue playing like this, the Dolphins will become a difficult rival in the NFL.
The Dolphins (3-3) still have 10 games remaining, this means Campbell has enough time to work with the team and turn things around. Even though the team lost to the Buffalo Bills at Sun Life Stadium, Campbell thinks Sunday’s game is the hope opener.
The team’s defense is in harmony, Tannehill is throwing great and the receivers are catching balls and making plenty of plays, these are necessary ingredients to a winning team.
The Dolphins will meet the New England Patriots Thursday, the Patriots are one of the toughest teams in the league, and this might show us exactly how strong Miami has become.
