The Trade deadline is right around the corner and Major League Baseball is still wheeling and dealing it’s way to the 31 of July at 4:00 pm ET.

MIAMI MARLINS: They are trading Micheal Morse, Mat Latos plus a draft pick to the Dogders for three minor league players.

SAN DIEGO PADRES: According to sources, Tyson Ross, James Shields, Andrew Cashner and all starting pitchers under long term contract are available for trading.

LOS ANGELES DODGERS: Are receiving from the Marlins, Mat Latos and Micheal Morse with their current salaries, $16 million over 2 years for Morse which is currently in his first year and $9.4 million over one year for Latos. Also looking for 2 starting pitchers, sources say that Cole Hamels from the Philadelphia Phillies and David Price, from the Detroit Tigers are definitely the Dodgers’ pick.

HOUSTON ASTROS: Still awaiting on the possibility to be traded of Francisco Rodrigues, Craig Kimbrel and Joaquin Benoit, they are still in search and in need of a reliever, a pitcher and an outfielder. As of now they are looking into Cole Hamels, Tyson Ross and Jeff Samardzija, but Samardzija and Hamels have not expressed any desire to be traded.

TORONTO BLUE JAYS: David Price is on top of their list if the Tigers are trading him, they are also examining the possibility of starting pitchers such as Dan Haren, Mike Leake, Mike Fiers and Yovani Gallardo.
