It is a fact, one of the deflated football, part of the Deflatage scandal that involved quarterback Tom Brady, was sold at auction house Lelands.com, who specialize in sports memorabilia, for $43.740 dollars, courtesy of Laura Nichols who is a Patriots fan. Nichols was handed the football by Brandon LaFell following the LeGarrette Blount touchdown.

That football was used during the AFC Championship Game between the New England Patriots and Indianapolis Colts also the only football in that game that was up for auction.

It was to bring in, at least, $100 000 dollars, if not more, this is what the Chairman of Lelands.com had anticipated and even if it brought in less than half the price, it will definitely be a conversational peace.
