It’s been announced today that the Chicago Bulls signed seven year NBA veteran Aaron Brooks. Terms of the contract are not revealed due to team policy.

The 6’0” 161 pound guard averaged, last season with the Bulls, 21 starts, in 82 games, 11.6 points per game with 2.2 assists and 0.66% steal in 23.0 minutes per game.

Following the 2013 – 2014 seasons with the Houston Rockets and the Denver Nuggets, he moved to Chicago. In the NBA draft of 2007, Brooks was drafted out of Oregon in the 1st round.

Aaron Brooks moved quite a lot in the NBA, first with the Rockets back in 2007 to 2011, Phoenix Suns in 2010-11, Sacramento Kings in 2012-13 and the Denver Nuggets in 2013-14, and in between, back to the Rockets season 2012-13 and 2013-14.

The Chicago Bulls roster returns almost intact after a 50 win, which ended with the defeat to the Cleveland Cavaliers in the semifinals of the Eastern Conference.

It should be mentioned that the Bulls replaced coach Tom Thibodeau with Fred Hoiberg.
