The exchange of Charlotte Hornets Matt Barnes for Luke Ridnour has occurred early this month. Menphis Grizzlies new recruit is well received and is fitting perfectly with this fierce group, although Barnes wore off his welcome in Los Angeles for his temper on court and his recklessness in getting fined constantly.

Owning an average of 10.1 points and 4 rebounds, he’s made a 36.2 percent of his 3 pointers with the Clippers last season.

And as for Ridnour, the Grizzlie sent a non-guaranteed deal to Charlotte which may waive Ridnour before his contract is guaranteed for the season 2015-2016.

Ridnour, the 14th overall pick in 2003 draft, is now joining his 7th NBA team owning a 9.3 points average, 4.5 assists and 2.3 rebound per game, he also averaged 4.0 points and 2.0 assists while playing for the Magic last season.
